Aerobic-Langhantelset

Dir ist es nicht möglich, täglich zu deinem Basic-Fit zu gehen, du würdest aber gern öfter trainieren? Dann ist das Aerobic-Langhantelset genau das Richtige für dich! Mit diesem Langhantelset erhältst du eine Langhantelstange und 4 Gewichte, damit du mit dem Training sofort beginnen kannst!

Langhantelset, Kurzhantelset oder nur eine robuste Stange mit allerlei Gewichten. Wie du es auch immer nennen möchtest, dein Aerobic-Langhantelset ermöglicht ein effizienteres Heimtraining. Mit den bekannten Kniebeugen trainierst du beispielsweise hauptsächlich deinen Quadrizeps und die hintere Oberschenkel- und Gesäßmuskulatur. Weil die Stange dieses Langhantelsets mit Schaumgummi umhüllt ist, liegt sie bei hinteren oder vorderen Kniebeugen fest und bequem auf deinem Nacken oder deinen Schultern. Du kannst dein Training mit den zwei Gewichten von 1,25 kg oder den zwei Gewichten von 2,5 kg, die in diesem Set enthalten sind, so schwer wie möglich gestalten.
