After ordering the Basic-Fit Smart Bike in the Webshop, you will receive an order number in the order confirmation e-mail. With this ordernumber you can pick up your Smart Bike at any of the Basic-Fit clubs listed under the ‘Suggested use’ tab. If you choose for delivery and installation at home for €100 during checkout, you will be contacted by the delivery company to plan a date & time that suits you for delivery.

Comfortable combi pedals
The Basic-Fit Smart Bike is equipped with combi pedals: on one side the pedal has an SPD click system on the other side you can use the pedal with normal shoes. You can secure this firmly with the existing toe clips in order to still be able to make an efficient pedalling movement.
