If you buy a product in our webshop, you must fill in an online form in which the necessary information is requested for the processing of your purchase.
Basic-Fit processes personal data in the context of your purchase in the webshop and possibly to create a personal account. Basic-Fit provides appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data against, among other things, loss, destruction or damage, unauthorized access or any other form of unlawful processing of your personal data. We do this, among other things, by taking physical and organizational measures for access security, shielding every desktop with username and password and authorization management so that your data cannot be viewed by all Basic-Fit employees. When you create a personal account, it will be kept for as long as you want to use it. Inactive accounts, to which no Basic-Fit membership is linked, are automatically deleted after 2 years.
