You can of course buy our aerobic barbell set first and then continue to expand with, for example, 5 kilo plates or even 10 kilo plates. Or you buy this barbell deal and get everything you need at once!

With a weight set like this you can train your whole body at home, because you can do all kinds of compound exercises with it. Squats, deadlifts and barbells bent over rows, for example. And, if you combine this deal with our weight bench, you get so many more possibilities!

Thanks to the foam rubber finish you always have enough grip and the bar also lies comfortably on your neck or on your chest. This set is also ideal for the GXR Barbell class!

• The bar itself weighs 1.73 kg and the max. load is 37.5 kg of weights.
• The plates can also be used without the barbell.
