SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

After your order, the bike will be delivered to your home within 14 days. Amacom (Joint Advantage) , which takes care of the delivery of the Smart Bike, will contact you via e-mail so that you can schedule a delivery appointment.

The delivery and installation costs are a one-off € 49.99. This includes: home delivery, installation and assembly of the Smart Bike especially tailored to your needs.

Once you have applied for your membership and we have processed it successfully, Amacom/ Joint Advantage (which takes care of the delivery) will contact you by e-mail within 2 working days.

Our delivery staff will install the bike at your home within 30 minutes. Then you can start your first workout right away!

Don't like your Smart Bike after all? Then you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the bike within 14 days. We will make an appointment with you within 2 weeks to collect the bike from your home. After we have received the bike in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price. Please contact customer service by sending an email to companyfitness@basic-fit.com.

SmartBike

In the exclusive Basic-Fit Home app, you will find lots of cool Smart Bike workouts. Pedal to the hottest beats or cycle through the highest mountains. You can download the app in the Apple store or Play store!

The Smart Bike has the following dimensions: 142 x 57 x 142 cm.

Apart from regular cleaning, the training bike does not require much maintenance.

The Smart Bike has a belt drive system. This has the advantage that the exercise bike makes less noise.

The Smart Bike has 11 different resistance levels.

RETOUR

The Smart Bike can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your membership within 14 days, please contact our customer service at: companyfitness@basic-fit.com

You have the right to revoke the Package without giving reasons from the date of purchase until within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Smart Bike. You can do this in one of the same ways described in clause 12b of the General Terms and Conditions, or by using the model withdrawal form.

The Smart Bike must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. During this withdrawal period you will handle the product with care. You will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop.

You can return the Smart Bike within the 14-day return period. For this, we ask you to contact us first.

The Smart Bike does not (fully) meet the return conditions if it is incomplete, unnecessarily damaged or the bike has been used more than was necessary to assess (view or try). If the bike does not (fully) meet the return conditions, we will see what we can do for you. One of the solutions may be that Basic-Fit will charge you for a reduction in the value of the product.

We will refund you using the same payment method as originally chosen by you, unless you have accepted otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, Santander will refund you.
