GXR XCORE bundle: 45 minutes of hard work on your core

During the GXR XCORE lesson, you will go full workout for 45 minutes with the the XCO trainer in size S or size L. To move and stop the weight in the trainer, always use your full core. At the same time, you also train your arm and leg muscles and you work on your endurance, so that it is a real full-body workout!
