Your order does not meet your expectations? No worries, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is complete, undamaged and as far as possible in its original condition. Sports nutrients and dietary supplements should not be opened.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returns are done in 4 easy steps.
STEP 1: LET US KNOW YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM
NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, FRANCE, GERMANY OR LUXEMBOURG:
The customer has a right of withdrawal of all or part of his order, without reasons, which he can exercise within fourteen (14) days of receipt thereof.
To exercise this right, you can use the contact form or the withdrawal form, available at the end of the page.
We will send you a return slip that you can stick on the package. Returns are free if you use the return slip.
SPAIN:
Stick the return slip you received with your order on the outside of the package. You will have to pay the return costs.
STEP 2: TAKE YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE
If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, France or Luxembourg and you use the return slip provided by Basic-Fit, drop off your package at a post office.
If you live in Spain and you don't know which delivery service to use, contact our customer service through our contact form.
STEP 3: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
Keep the acknowledgment of receipt that you will receive from the delivery service, and wait to receive confirmation from us that your return of items has been processed.
STEP 4: WAIT FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ITEM
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid, including delivery costs, as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless he wishes to receive a replacement item.
The refund is made on the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when ordering. Depending on the payment method used, the time it takes to receive the refund varies.
